Macclesfield Town were given a lesson in survival football by bottom club Swansea.
The relegation haunted Cheshire side was second-best throughout and should have been two goals down inside the first 15 minutes.
They conceded the opener on 40 minutes when Steve Wilson flapped at a cross allowing Steve Watkin to float home a close range header.
Though Macclesfield equalised through a Kris O'Leary own goal on the stroke of half time, they were never at the races in the second half.
Skipper Jason Smith scored the Welshman's second with a towering far post header and their victory was sealed by a Roberto Martinez 25 yard drive in the 68th minute.
How poor were Macc? Have your say.
