Eleven goal midfielder Danny Whitaker is a doubt with a disc displacement, while David Smith is not match fit despite 60 minutes of action in the away defeat at York.

Chris Priest may win a recall alongside on-loan playmaker Darren Dunning.

Martin Nash, also on loan, may get his first start in place of Lee Hardy.

Boss Dave Moss said: "Swansea is a big game, but no bigger than the one the following week. We have 17 games left and they are all big games now."

Swansea have a spy in former Manchester City forward Kevin Reeves, who was Macc's Press Association commentator before returning to coaching with the Welshmen.
