THE Silkmen managed to hold out for a point at Bristol Rovers despite going down to 10 men for the last fifteen minutes.
Danny Swailes was sent off after picking up a second yellow card.
Bristol's Richard Walker came closest to the net after slipping past Macc keeper Jonny Brain, but his finish went wide.
Macc, who have yet to win this season, had Brain to thank for their lone point after a series of brave saves.
