MACCLESFIELD host Shrewsbury Town this weekend hoping to put the disappointment of last Saturday's derby defeat against Stockport behind them.

The Shrews currently lie in 13th place and come into the game on the back of a 1-0 home win against Bristol Rovers.

The meeting earlier on in the season resulted in a 1-1 draw, but the Silkmen will be looking for no less than a win this time around.

Shrews manager Gary Peters should have a full squad to choose from, including in-form goalkeeper Joe Hart and hard-working midfielder David Edwards.

Hart has impressed since breaking into the first team at the age of 17, and his displays have sparked interest from several Premiership clubs, including Manchester City.

Edwards, 19, was called up to the Welsh Under-21 squad recently, but had to pull out through injury.
