KEVIN Townson has extended his loan at Macclesfield Town until the end of the club's play-off campaign.

The 22-year-old striker will be available for selection for both semi-final legs against Lincoln City and, should the Silkmen progress, the play-off final in Cardiff on May 28.

Townson has made six appearances for the Cheshire Club since joining from fellow League Two side Rochdale at the end of March.
