Never fully forgiven for leaving the Midlands club for a failed mission to Hull, Kidderminster now stand at the foot of the Football League with only five points from eight games.
Molby says wistfully: "If we can just improve the players we have got by five or ten per cent, then we'll have a chance."
Macclesfield manager Brian Horton is not taking the trip lightly, already having surrendered defeats to Chester and Southend, clubs previously in 92nd spot. "Jan has got some good, experienced players and I saw them against Swansea and they were very unlucky," he warned.
Horton now has experienced defender Matt Carragher back in contention after recovering from a painful stress fracture.
Carragher, however, is unlikely to disturb a defence that has performed well in his absence.
LAST SEASON: Kidderminster 1 Macclesfield 4.
KEY OPPONENT: Steve McMahon Junior, signed from Blackpool on a one-month loan.
PREDICTION: Kidderminster 1 Macclesfield 3. Tweet
