Macclesfield Town

Preview: Macc v Lincoln

IAN Brightwell is being haunted by Macclesfield's poor home form.

The Town manager watched his side dominate Bradford on Saturday, only to lose courtesy of an horrendous goalkeeping gaffe.

Brightwell said: "The blunt truth is we are not winning enough games, especially at home, but at least we have a chance to put it right against Lincoln."

Brightwell was happy with his side's performance, but he may choose to play the more experienced Jamie Tolley in place of young loan man Neil Ashmore, with club skipper Richard Edghill also back in the frame and Francis Green pushing both Martin Gritton and Michael Symes in attack.

Lincoln have rallied in recent weeks and their win at Shrewsbury at the weekend was their best display of the season.

On loan youngster Louis Dodds scored two in the win over the Shrews and though his extra pace may be temporarily unwanted by Leicester, at League Two level he is proving more than a problem.

Macc are offering a "buy one get one free" offer to supporters at tonight's game.

Fans who go to the game against Lincoln will be given a free ticket for the game against Grimsby next week.

Last season: Macc 2 Lincoln 1

Key opponent: Louis Dodds - In form striker is dangerous

Prediction: Macc 2 Lincoln 1 - It should be a tight game but Macc will be confident of picking up three points
