DAVID Nugent won't catch Gareth Seddon as Bury's leading scorer but the young Scouser is determined to keep the goals flowing starting at York tonight.

Nugent netted for the first time in 12 months against Torquay on Good Friday and said: "Hopefully, I won't have to wait another year for my next goal.

"It's a bit too late to catch Gareth but I'll try and get as many as I can between now and the end of the season."

Manager Graham Barrow must make at least one change for the trip to Bootham Crescent. Dave Challinor has returned to Stockport so there could be a place for youngster Jon Cartledge.

Lee Duxbury may also return after being rested for the Torquay game. Macclesfield and Rochdale will hope Bury can ease their relegation fears by taking maximum points from second-from-bottom York.
