Bury have lost two penalty takers in the past six months with the departure of Jon Newby and Martyn Forrest.
Player-boss Andy Preece has taken on the job but he's not always in the starting line-up.
However, having missed two during Canada's victory over El Salvador in the recent Concacaf Olympic qualifying event, ex-Blue Dunfield won't be volunteering.
"The lads soon took the mickey out of me when I got back," admitted `Dunners.'
"In fact, Colin Woodthorpe phoned and said we would be doing penalties in training.
"I'm not in a hurry to take another one just yet. I was a little surprised to start against Northampton last weekend, though the manager had told me to look after myself while I was away.
"So, I thought there might be a chance I'd play. It was a good win for us and it's an important time coming up for the club in the next month." Tweet
