CHRIS Casper could not hide his disappointment after watching Bury's winless run reach seven at high-flying Hartlepool.

"We've got to move on. It's easy to say that and push this result under the carpet but I'm not going to do that," said Casper.

"We had a good foothold in the game and had silenced the crowd, but maybe the inexperience of the lads came out again."

However, striker Andy Bishop looked to have handed the Shakers a lifeline when he struck, but Dave Challinor was penalised for an infringement in the build-up to the goal - a decision which aggrieved Casper.

"It was very harsh," said Casper. "A goal would have put them under pressure."
