The Doncaster Rovers goalie signed an one-month deal with the Shakers in December and went on to play two games for the club before being sidelined with a thigh injury.
The 30-year-old keeper played in the FA Cup clash with Chester City and also in the League Two fixture with Walsall.
Warrington will start for Chris Casper's team against Darlington tonight as first-choice keeper Alan Fettis is suspended for the home clash after picking up a red card in Saturday's draw with Torquay.
Casper said: "He's a very good keeper and he's done well for us in the short-time he's been at the club."
The Bury boss also revealed he has dispensed with midfielder Paul Carden, who had been on trial at the club from Burton Albion.
Bury lost 1-0 at the Darlington Arena in September, thanks to a dubious penalty.
But Casper, who has no injury worries, said: "That penalty was really harsh against us.
"I'm really looking forward to the match and hope we can get the win."
