GLYNN Hurst has signed an 18-month contract with Bury.

The striker has been on loan at Gigg Lane since September from Shrewsbury, scoring nine goals, and has now made the move permanent, report the club's website www.buryfc.co.uk.

Meanwhile, Blackpool striker Matthew Blinkhorn has extended his loan with Bury until February 22.
