LOAN midfielder Daryl Taylor has failed to win an extension to his short-term contract with Bury.

The 22-year-old former Bournemouth and Hereford United player started just two games, with another three appearances coming off the bench during his brief spell at Gigg Lane.

But Bury boss Chris Casper has decided not to renew Taylor's deal for a further month.
