We are giving you the chance to choose the Greater Manchester Footballer of the Season. We have teamed up with our sponsors Boddingtons to select the star player in the region and discover who is your top young player.
M.E.N. Sport journalists who have covered United, City, Bolton, Wigan, Oldham, Stockport, Macclesfield, Rochdale, Bury and the non-League scene have given their verdicts, but it is your view that matters. By way of encouragement to join the debate to find the regionés top 10, the reader who votes for the eventual winner and in no more than 50 words best explains why will win
a yearés supply of Boddingtons.
And the reader under 16 who chooses the winning young player and why he is their choice again in less than 50 words will get the chance to join the M.E.N. Sports Desk for a week and present the young player with their trophy.
Our columnists will meet with Boddingtons representatives and our sister TV station Channel M to choose the winners. Either write to Player of the Year, M.E.N. Sport, 164 Deansgate, Manchester, M60 2RG. Alternatively, submit your vote and entry below, making sure you leave your e-mail address.
