Bury

Preview: Bournemouth v Bury

A MIDWEEK Worthington Cup success over first division Stoke City has filled the squad with confidence and extended an unbeaten run to six matches.

However, manager Andy Preece is likely to make changes for this long-haul trip as Jamie Stuart suffered a painful back problem against Stoke and could be out for a fortnight.

Colin Woodthorpe is likely to switch to Stuart's role with Steve Redmond or Matt Barrass coming in to fill Woodthorpe's position.

Michael Nelson is expected to recover from a knock to his leg.

"We are going to come up against teams in the third division who play very direct and hit balls into the box," said Preece.

"That's why it was a good test against Stoke and it showed what we can do."

LAST SEASON: Bournemouth 3 Bury 2

KEY OPPONENT: James Hayter - hasn't scored this season but always seems to manage it against the Shakers.

PREDICTION: Bournemouth 1 Bury 1

Our prediction is a 1-1 draw, but do you agree? Have your say.
