BURY have lost young striker Colin Kazim-Richards to Brighton - thank's to the latter's soft drink competition win.
The Seagulls have part of their £250,000 Coca-Cola windfall to sign the 18-year-old to a three year contract. after landing the windfall from the drinks giant's Win A Player competition.
"I think Colin represents an investment. He is a player for the future of this club, and hopefully we will benefit from this signing in the long term," said Brighton boss Mark McGhee.
Highly tipped Kazim-Richards broke into the Bury first team last season, netting three goals in ten starts.
