GLYNN Garner returns to Bury's first team on Saturday for the first time in more than three months after Andy Marriott's decision to join Torquay.

Veteran keeper Marriott had been offered a short-term deal at Gigg Lane after his previous contract ran out last weekend.

But he has accepted the greater security of an 18 month contract with the League One side. Garner has only played a couple of reserve matches after recovering from knee ligament damage. Tweet
