Efe Sodje and Stephen Dawson will serve one-match bans after accumulating five bookings so Ben Futcher and Richie Baker are expected to come in.
"I have to make two changes but there may be more," said Knill. "Andy Bishop is feeling really tired but we will see how they are."
Bury stopped a run of three straight defeats with a 1-0 win at Notts County on Saturday and Knill is hoping to rediscover their early-season form.
"The idea is to start another run now," Knill added. "All you can do is try your best to keep all the negativity away because it is there."
