BURY'S new loan star Simon Yeo says he is determined to enjoy life at Gigg Lane and has even warned his new teammates that he is a practical joker.

The 34-year-old Stockport-born striker has signed on loan from League Two rivals Chester City and is in line to make his Shakers debut in the game at promotion hopefuls Darlington.

"I am here on loan until the end of the season," he confirmed. "I just want to be playing football, scoring goals, having a laugh, messing around and playing tricks on people.

"That is what I love doing. I am quite loud and I like to hammer people. Hopefully I can bring a little bit of team spirit in as well."

The ex-Lincoln striker was signed by former Imps manager and Bury's dire ctor of football, Keith Alexander last week but was unable to make his bow at Norwich or Morecambe because he was cup-tied.

Bury will be without injured duo Paul Scott and Paul Morgan as they seek their first win since December 1.
