The Shakers went down to two goals from Steve Fletcher and a late strike from Jack Lester, a result which means Casper's charges have not won since opening day in August.
Andy Mangan cancelled out Fletcher's opener with a pinpoint header with a quarter of an hour remaining.
But Bury found themselves behind just two minutes later when Fletcher beat goalkeeper Jim Provett with a powerful header and then Lester wrapped up victory in the dying minutes.
