Shakers held at Hyde

BURY had to settle for a 1-1 draw at non-league Hyde on Monday night despite a goal from trialist Richard Clarke.

The Northern Ireland Under-21 midfielder - on trial from Irish League club Newry City - gave the Shakers a first-half lead when he turned in Andy Parrish's cross.

However, Paul Gedman equalised 10 minutes from the end.
