The League Two newcomers escaped with a fine after being found guilty of breaking rules over youngsters Martin Fearon and Chris McGrail.
Last season, the Shakers were docked one point after Colin Marrison was incorrectly used as a substitute in a 1-1 draw at Lincoln City.
And last December, Casper's side were thrown out of the FA Cup after it emerged Bury didn't have the necessary clearance to play Stephen Turnbull in a second-round replay at Chester.
Punishment
Fearon was an unused substitute in Stanley's 3-1 victory at Wrexham while McGreal featured as a substitute in a 3-2 win over Mansfield Town.
And had John Coleman's side suffered a similar punishment, it could have seriously impacted on the League Two relegation issue.
Bury's win at Boston last Saturday eased the pressure on Casper, who wants a repeat performance at Shrewsbury tonight.
However, he's still fuming over what he sees has double standards by the Football League.
"The way this football club has been treated sickens me," Casper blasted.
"I'm pleased for Accrington and John but can't defend what happened. We've been punished and others haven't."
