GLYNN Hurst rescued a precious point for Bury with an injury-time equaliser in last night’s League Two clash at Wrexham.

The Welshman had taken a first half lead thanks to a 32nd minute goal by Lee McEvilly.

But then the hosts had two players sent-off midway through the second with Ryan Valentine and Chris Llewellyn both receiving their marching orders for second bookable offences.

And then in a furious finale, Hurst fired home from six yards out to rescue a vital point for the Shakers.
