Bolton Wanderers

Blackburn Rovers v Bolton Wanderers: Player ratings

JAASKELAINEN: Will not be happy with his role in Blackburn's third goal but had one of his quietest afternoons of the season 6

CHARLTON: Was not as comfortable at left-back as he is at centre-half but, as professional as he is, kept plugging on 6

NOLAN: Energetic, angry, bustling, threatening. He was all of these things and was deservedly Bolton's match winner 9

N'GOTTY: Wretched back pass gave Blackburn the chance to streak clear but regained his composure to help Bolton build in the second half 7

DJORKAEFF: Showed why he is a World Cup winner. A joy to watch and his goal epitomised the quality player that he is 9

FRANDSEN: Sacrificed early on to add extra width to an overworked midfield. Never had time to get a foothold in the game 5

OKOCHA: Surprisingly quiet. One would have expected him to shine but was remarkably subdued 6

THOME: The pick of the defence. When Blackburn came pouring forward in the second half, he was unbreachable and stood solid 8

DAVIES: Full of aggression and determination, he never gave Blackburn's defence a moment's peace 8

CAMPO: One of his better games. Tough, solid and astute when using the ball 7

HUNT: Shook off the effects of his altercation with Cole to add weight to Bolton's attack 8

Substitutes

MORENO (Charlton 68): Hints that he can make an impact 7

STELIOS (Frandsen 30): Fluffed a great chance after half-time but atoned superbly 7

PEDERSEN (Davies 86): Should have sealed victory late on 5
