BOLTON midfielder Stig Tofting has been given the all-clear to return to flat out action after being troubled with a foot injury since playing for Denmark in the World Cup.

His appearances have been limited by the injury flaring up to affect his training but a specialist has now confirmed that the problem has been cured.

Tofting will be in the squad for tonight's (Monday) home game with Leeds when defenders Mike Whitlow and Bruno N'Gotty are ready to return.

Whitlow has recovered from a knee injury in time to face his former club while N'Gotty is free after a three-match suspension that coincided with a calf problem.

Midfielders Paul Warhurst and Ricardo Gardner are struggling with hamstring injuries which forced them to be substituted in the 1-1 draw with Blackburn.
