Norwich 3 Bolton Wanderers 2

BOLTON slipped to defeat for the second week in a row after taking the lead twice.

Last week at Everton they could feel aggrieved but not after this poor performance at Carrow Road which sent their run without a win to six games.

They led with an 18th minute penalty by Jay-Jay Okocha but Norwich were level a minute later with a header by Mathias Svenson.

Fernando Hiero secured Bolton's lead with a header from a corner after 22 minutes. But Norwich came back in the second half to equalise with a penalty by Darren Huckerby after 69 minutes and Svenson beat Hiero in the air for the second time to score Norwich's winner seven minutes from time.
