Jack Wilshere hasn't ruled out a return to Bolton next season if he can't break into Arsenal's first team.

The on-loan midfielder has been tipped as a shock inclusion in Fabio Capello's World Cup squad by Wanderers' boss, Owen Coyle.

And the 18-year-old prospect is relishing his first team opportunities at the Reebok.

He was one of the outstanding players in Tuesday's disappointing 1-0 defeat at Chelsea, watched by England chief Capello.

"I'm playing more and getting used to playing in the Premier League is good," said West Ham fan Wilshere.

"When you are playing more often, things come more naturally to you."

Wilshere may come from the Emirates `pass and move' academy.

However, he's a terrier in the tackle as John Terry discovered to his cost at Stamford Bridge.

"I think that side of the game is important," said the England Under-21 ace.

Future

"So, it's good to learn that away from Arsenal and make me maybe stronger when I go back.

"The aim was to come to Bolton and get six months of experience and hopefully break into the first team.

"I will sit down in the summer and discuss my future.

"I'd rather stay and play at Arsenal but if it's not going to be that way I don't see why I couldn't come back here and play some more."

Bolton's fourth successive defeat means they could still get sucked into the bottom three. And a trip to Stoke City on Saturday will be a tough test.

"We probably need another three or four points from the last four games," maintained Wilshere.

"And hopefully we can get them as quickly as possible and then we can relax.

"It's important we have that belief. We are still in one of the best positions.

"It's in our hands and we are confident. Against Stoke we need to stop their set- pieces and so we can go and do our stuff and hopefully go and beat them."
