But another popular duo could still be at the club if manager Gary Megson has his way.
However, Spaniard Ivan Campo and Greek midfielder Stelios, two high wage-earners, won't be back.
The pair haven't been offered new deals along with Iranian international, Andranik.
However, agents for Jussi Jaaskelainen and Ricardo Gardner are involved in talks to keep the long serving stars at the Reebok.
"Jussi and Ricardo have both been excellent servants and are still very much part of my future plans for this football club," says Megson.
"Hopefully, we can get them secured on new deals as soon as possible.
"Ivan, Stelios and Andranik have all done well for Bolton and I'd like to express my gratitude to them.
Appearances
"But it's time for them to move on and I wish them all the best."
Campo, who made 166 appearances plus another 28 as substitute in six years, missed the last two games of the season with a calf problem.
Stelios, who played 177 games, including 59 as a substitute, made his farewell appearance at Chelsea in the final game of the campaign.
Former Real Madrid favourite Campo is likely to go back to Spain while several Greek clubs have enquired about Stelios'availability. It's generally been an unhappy season for Campo who wasn't flavour of the month with Megson's predecessor, Sammy Lee.
Lee, speaking after his appointment as Liverpool assistant boss, has praised the Bolton fans for their support during his brief reign as Sam Allardyce's successor.
"Even when results weren't going well the fans were very supportive towards me.
"And, most importantly, to the players.
"I was very honoured and privileged to be given the position as Bolton manager.
"The pride and the honour I felt to be their manager was only outweighed by the sheer disappointment that it didn't go well," he said.
Scott Jamieson, the 19-year-old Aussie released by Wanderers last week, has been handed a trial with SPL club Dundee United. Tweet

Bye bye!!
Campo yeh past it, but the club should have offerd Stelios a years contract, if Hull come into the prem i won`t be surprised if Phil Brown takes him on board. Stretford born blue, i take it you went to the university of "how to post football comments" i bet it took you hours to think of that one lol.
Time to make room for new face's, both players have been good servants to the club but they will be missed.
Fellow cow yed what do think of the new bolton news football site? not to keen myself all the characters have gone.
au revoir!!
Can't beleive it's took them this long to realise they want to play for a big club, not a micky mouse one like bolt-on.
Bluereed, your near neighbours win the CL and you're only bothered with trying cheap shots at Bolton. There really is only one mickey mouse club with mickey mouse fans in this area and it's not Bolton.
You get a few city fans having a dig at bolton on here, i often wonder what exciting lives they must leed!
My life is exciting
