CROSS Cup holders Spring View crashed out at the hands of in-form Walshaw.
Robin Faulkner blasted a superb 101 not out and professional Jonathan Fielding hit 44 as Walshaw raced to 242-8, before bowling View out for 166 to reach the semi-finals.
They will meet Little Hulton, the last four, who beat Standish by 28 runs thanks to Stuart Hutchinson scored (65) and Mark Penny (43).
Atherton and last year's beaten finalists Clifton will contest the other semi-final.
Atherton bowled Edgworth out for 121, before Karl Brown (68 not our) guided them to 122-2.
David Hamilton (55) and Jamie Royle (44) top-scored as Clifton rattled up 203-6, before limiting Blackrod to 187-7.
