Gary Chadwick added 54 and Mark Stewart a quickfire 43 not out but their efforts were in vain as the visitors were 136-5 when the game became one of five rain-affected draws.
Barbadian pro Antonio Mayers led Westhoughton to the top of the table with an unbeaten 61 not out in their 144-5. He had taken 4-56 as Egerton went for 141 (Paul Hart 5-82, pro Mark Price 53).
