STEVEN Bell has vowed to bring back "sexy boxing" and is turning his charms on British featherweight champion Paul Appleby. The 33-year-old Ashton-under-Lyne fighter moved back down to the nine stone limit from super-featherweight with a classy points win over Anthony Hanna at the MEN Arena on Saturday.

Now he wants Appleby, saying: "He's a great fighter, but our styles could make it a classic fight."

"Ronald `Winky' Wright was in his mid-30s before we saw the best of him, and he is one of my idols - now I aim to bring back sexy boxing, a bit of style and class."
