The Moss Side-born ace pipped teammates Brandon Kimbrough and Taner Adu and all-conquering Reading’s Terrell Smith to the award, handed out by basketball website Eurobasket.com.
Gill was the only Magic player included in the league first team, while Kimbrough and Adu feature in the second team.
The Mystics’ Caitlin Flood was named in the women’s second team.
