THE sites have been visited, the entries scrutinised and next week the top house builders from across the region will discover which of their schemes have won the coveted Manchester Evening News Residential Property Awards.

Judges Doug Chadwick, past president of the Royal Institute of British Architects north west; Ian Perry, housing spokesperson for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and architectural journalist Ian Martin have now made their decisions.

Finalists range from period restorations to huge new-build regeneration schemes and the conversion of a water tower. The awards will be announced at a gala dinner at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on Tuesday night and the winners will be featured in next week's issue of Homes. Tweet
