We are looking for 10 parents of secondary school pupils to tell the Prime Minister what they think is wrong in Britain's classrooms - and what should be done.
Mr Blair is coming to Manchester for the Labour conference next weekend and has agreed to take part in a "Big Conversation" debate in the city.
The winners will be able to present their ideas direct to the Prime Minister. Education Secretary Charles Clarke and other senior ministers are also due to take part.
Simply tell us what you would do to improve secondary schools - and the best will be invited to the debate. Anyone who is free on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday can apply through the M.E.N.
Winners will be given full details next week. The address to send your ideas to is: The Big Conversation, Newsdesk, 164, Deansgate, Manchester M3 3RN.
The Big Conversation was launched in November as the biggest-ever exercise in political consultation.
Labour has promised to feed the best ideas into the preparation of its manifesto for the next general election.
People wanting to take part in the Big Conversation on other issues can text 84404 or phone 0870 590 0200.
