ALL the tickets for the Manchester Evening News-sponsored debate on a north west mini parliament have been snapped up - but you can still have your say.
Readers can send their views by letter to the M.E.N. at 164 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3RN, marked "Regional Assembly Debate".
Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott will appear at the event to outline what an elected assembly would mean for the region, ahead of a mass referendum on the issue later this year.
The opposition case will be presented by former Tory minister Sir David Trippier, leader of the official "No" campaign, and his two supporters - Manchester Labour MP Graham Stringer and TV producer Brian Morris.
In the "Yes" corner will be campaign leader Felicity Goodey, top Royal Bank of Scotland executive John McGuire and former North West Development Agency chief executive Mike Shields.
An elected assembly would cost £30m to set up and the same each year to run.
