MESSAGES of support have flooded in to the victim of a paedophile after the Manchester Evening News revealed her attacker has moved back to her home town.
Pervert teacher Raymond Cullens now lives just five miles away from Kim Hawksworth's home in Rochdale.
The mother-of-two today unveiled detailed plans of her campaign to reform the law on sex offenders and vowed to win the backing of a million people as well as visit Downing Street.
She said: "I have daughters, so for their sake and for the sake of other children I want this law changing.
"The Sex Offenders Register doesn't go nearly far enough to protect innocent people."
The M.E.N. revealed that 51-year-old Cullens, who abused Kim when she was just eight-years-old at a Heywood primary school, had fled his home in Dorset to return to Rochdale. He was freed by a judge who handed out a suspended sentence for the attacks on Kim.
