M.E.N. Residential Property Awards

FROM a multi-million pound redevelopment scheme in the city centre to a stunning water tower conversion, the very best of the region's new built homes were celebrated at the M.E.N. Residential Property Awards. See the happy winners - and marvel at the impressive work for which they took home first prize. PRIZED: The prestigious award that awaited the very best of the region's developers. VENUE: The Midland Hotel captured in a quiet moment before the stars of the show arrive. BEST APARTMENT SCHEME: The Dandara team collect their prize for the Lock Building. LOCK BUILDING: Beat off stiff competition in the Apartment category, with its open atrium. BEST FAMILY HOME: Lovell Homes takes the trophy for The Way, Beswick. THE WAY: Took the gong for its 904 wonderfully designed yet practical family homes. BEST REGENERATION SCHEME: Award went to Crosby Homes for The Green Quarter. THE GREEN QUARTER: Impressed the judges with its sheer scale. BEST CONVERSION: Jannette and Russell Harris romped home with Lymm Water Tower. LYMM WATER TOWER: A fabulous conversion from crumbling stone tower to seductive family home. BEST STARTER HOME: Urban Splash got their award for Moho from Coun Richard Leese (second left). MOHO: Young house hunters cannot fail to like the modern, airy and affordable units in Castlefield. BEST INTERIOR DESIGN: Duncan Bowen and Ann Lever from Countryside Properties, with Richard Morris. NV BUILDINGS PENTHOUSE: Countryside Properties took the award interior design award. DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR: Winner Danny Samuels with Doug Chadwick, chairman of the judges. BLACK AND WHITE: The great and the good enjoy the glitter of the awards ceremony.
