HALF of young children are worried about global warming, often losing sleep because of their concerns.
One in four of the seven to 11 year olds quizzed blamed politicians for the problem. One in seven said their own parents were not doing enough to improve the environment.
The most feared consequences of global warming included poor health, the possibility of entire countries being submerged and the welfare of animals.
Most of those polled understood the benefits of recycling, although one in 10 thought the issue was linked to riding a bike.
A spokesman for supermarket giant Somerfield, who carried out the survey, said: "This study shows that global warming will not only hurt the children of the future, but it is affecting the welfare of kids now."
The study marked Somerfield's drive to cut the eight billion plastic bags wasted by households every year.

If anything, this "study" is an indication of how ludicrous the global warming fiasco has become.

If a policeman comes to your door and says there is a 2000lb unexploded bomb outside and the experts are 90% sure it will go up in 15 minutes so you had better move somewhere safer. Who is going to say 'come back when you are 100% sure'? If you take the sensible course of action and move out and the experts are wrong at least you will be safe. On the otherhand if you are a doubter and opt to stay put on the 10% off chance and you are wrong then all is lost.
What the children are worrying about is whether their world is being resigned to despair or whether their parents generation will be taking positive action to save it for them and their children to come.

Don't let Al Gore, a very delusional man, scare your children. I suggest you read to your children the hundreds of articles written by climatoligists and paleoclimatoligists.
