THE best new homes in the region were recognised at the M.E.N. Residential Property Awards last night.
The event - the first to be held at the new Hilton Hotel - was hosted by Channel 4 design champion Kevin McCloud and attended by property developers from across the region.
The event, now in its third year, is widely acknowledged as an independent judge of the best developments of the past year.
The overall best development went to Broughton Green, the ambitious scheme to redevelop Higher Broughton.
The awards are sponsored by Allied London, Manchester City Council and Rowlands Solicitors.
