I watched and listened to G Browns speech on tv. He said a lot but did not commit himself to anything. A typical politcian.

why is tony blair pretenending to be some sort of departing hero, he seems to think that he did so much good for britain when really he just messed up the entire country. his oscar speech just shows how out of touch with the common man he really is. throuhout the last few years he just seemed to ignore everything the public wanted. its about time people realised that politicians are like all other workers their main interest is fattening their own wallets and the people who got them to were they are come a distant second. for an example of this you just have to look at the human rights act, anyone with common sense could see it needed scrapped or severley altered but if tb was to do this then how was his wife going to make speeches on the subject for 100grand.
