I would definately use a DIY legal kit to take spammers to court - my email inbox is constantly bombarded with 'junk mail' - If we can do it with telephone calls and normal mail, why not email! - If all the junk email I get every day came through the letterbox, I wouldn't be able to open the door!!!!
