Who is going to regulate these phone vending machines. I mean, you can just go and buy a mobile phone, make prank calls, or worse with them and who is going to be accountable for the outcome.

these machines display just how far the world has advanced in terms of technology, selling mobile phones in a vending machine is a great idea, but until disposable phones are brought into the market, i think pay phones will still be the most popular way of contacting somebody when you have no phone
