Ha! - High profile sums it up perfectly. Fraud investigations are now more reminisant of a spin doctors PR headline grabbing exercise than catching persistant offenders. All the resources at the DWP are targeted to catch one big fish, with press opportunities and back slapping, as opposed to stopping many fraudsters. With archaic computer systems and further reaching staff reductions just around the corner I'm left wondering - how???? The DWP is on the verge of meltdown. Pop into your nearest office for details..
It is every decent persons right to shop benefits cheats. I have done it fifteen times and will do it again. They are scum and deserve nothing better than a good thrashing and a prison sentence.
