I agree with Liz that its sad that this has happend to a young person so close to xmas.
My sorrows go to the Boys Family.
I only hope that the school will learn from the incident, that we don't see it again.

also everyone shouldnt be so quick to judge, there are fights happening at schools everyday, it is just so unnfortuanate that in this case David sadly died.
i think the reporters should get there stories right before making bad reputations for good schools.
my thoughts go out to Graham Downes, who is an excellent head teacher, who cares so much for his school and pupils. he is the only head teacher i have heard of that goes round into lessons and makes sure everythings going ok, and see`s what people are learning. he is the only head teacher i have heard of that knows all the pupils names - this isnt just because its a small school because i havnt heard of any others even trying to remember half the names of some of their students. you will never catch him with out a smile on his face. you hardly hear of students being able to go to their headteacher for help or advice or just a chat when you are feeling low. Graham Downes is a well known loved man know by people all over the community and made such good improvements to the school.
and who ever it was that says pupils are not supervised during breaks and lunch hours, this is not the case, there are prefects and teachers supervising all the school. there are also cctv cameras.
so i think everyone should stop making the issue about the school and look towards family and close freinds of David offering them all the support they need.
