Peter Kay has announced a set of intimate warm-up gigs before his massive sell-out shows at the M.E.N Arena.
The Bolton funnyman’s Tour That Doesn’t Tour Tour smashed box office records at the Arena, becoming the largest stand-up tour in history.
But the warm-up shows will be at the Met in Bury – which only holds 220 people.
Kay revealed through his Facebook page that the gigs will take place on February 23 and 24 and March 6, 11 and 12.
Tickets cost £15 and go on sale at 10am today via seetickets.com. They will not be available through the Met box office.
Proceeds will go to the Haiti Relief Fund.
Kay became embroiled in a feud earlier this week after he called Liam Gallagher a ‘k***head’ during the Brits.
Kay’s 20 shows at the M.E.N Arena, which sold out in a morning, are in April and May with a further eight gigs in autumn.
