Neighbours had complained to the council that they were frightened and intimidated by Clare Vandermark's bull terrier-type dogs which she allowed to roam free on land near her home in Penzance Street, Miles Platting.
A condition requiring her to keep the animals on a lead in public places has been included in an order, granted after Vandermark, 37, was convicted of breaching a previous Asbo given in 2005.
It included the condition that she must not be abusive or threatening to neighbours but she flouted that order and in September was given an 18-month community order.
Manchester council secured the new Criminal Asbo on conviction - known as a CrAsbo - including the condition about controlling her pets.

She has breached the last Asbo, refused to pay that last fine of £850 so why do the council think this will work? Ms vandermark will continue suiting herself and sod everyone else. By removing the dogs, you remove most of the contention between her and the neighbours.
