A MAN has been attacked as he visited his father's grave.
The 27-year-old was set upon by a gang of at least three teenagers as he stood at the graveside in the Crook Lane cemetery, Winsford.
The group struck him on Monday with an unknown weapon , demanding his mobile phone and wallet, as he lay on the ground. They fled empty handed.
The victim was taken to hospital for a leg injury.

I’m a person who would dearly love to see people live in harmony with each other, but that desire is not present in the people I’m talking about. I have given 25 years of my adult life in helping a charity and young people. The area where I gave my services became so bad, I abandoned it for my own sake. Please don’t preach to me.
Young (or old) persons who hang about in graveyards to attack grieving relatives or who bombard emergency services with missiles for fun will get precisely the opposite of sympathy from me. I do not excuse them, and never will. It’s high time it was all cracked down on – hard. They understand nothing else, and that’s not my fault nor the fault of ordinary people.

By blaming 'do gooders' aren't you absolving the scum of responsibility for their own actions?
