HOLLYOAKS actor Kieron Richardson has been reunited with his pet dog - thanks to the M.E.N.
We reported that Kieron's pug Ricky ran off in Heaton Park. A reader realised the stray she had taken in after finding him wandering belonged to someone else.
Clare Burns, 20, from Chadderton, said: "We were in a car and we nearly ran him over. We looked around for the owner but we couldn't see anyone. I took him to the vet but he wasn't chipped, so I took him in. I fell in love with him. I saw the story and I realised he wasn't mine. I knew I had to do the right thing."
The M.E.N put Kieron, 23, from Eccles, in touch with Clare. Kieron said: "This just shows there are some nice people out there. He's obviously been well looked after."

On a serious note though, the dog was walking with its owner, with no lead, no collar, and not chipped ??????? Is he for real ?????? He should not have the dog !

I hope his owner does the same, I believe it's not the first time he has run off whilst off the lead. Perhaps a spot of training might help!
