POET laureate Carol Ann Duffy is one of 12 famous Britons lending a hand to a charity campaign.
She helped launch Oxfam's Give A Helping Hand campaign at her local Oxfam shop in Didsbury.
The campaign is the brainchild of Rosie Hamilton, 13, who attends Withington Girls' School.
Coronation Street creator Tony Warren and poet Roger McGough are also donating their handprints for auction.
The 12 signed canvases are on display in the shop.
