A MANCHESTER shop has come up with a novel way to beat the credit crunch - free clothes for anyone who shows up naked!
In celebration of their first birthday, General Store in Barton Arcade on Deansgate will be giving away free clothes to the tune of £100 to any customer who has the bare-faced cheek to turn up at the shop in nothing but their birthday suit on Thursday morning.
The first 100 people to arrive in nothing more than their underwear when the shop opens at 10am will be able to claim their prize.
“We’ve been open a year and want to celebrate in style as well as have a bit of fun. People don’t have to be totally naked to get an outfit, in fact we want them to cover their blushes, but they have to be wearing as little as possible. We’re just hoping the weather’s good,” said General Store Founder David Mallon.

I don't care. They all have their pants about their ankles now, I want to jeer, boo and hiss. Yes they would claim travel expenses and damages for hurt feelings. IT IS WORTH IT. A good family day out...Come on Hazel.
